Book summary
Ichabod Crane, an ambitious and gullible schoolteacher, arrives in a village haunted by a disturbing legend: that of a headless horseman. Drawn to a wealthy heiress, he tries to assert himself against a stronger rival. But the strange stories that surround the area begin to trouble his mind. Between superstition and rivalry, tension grows until a decisive night. The author blends humor and the supernatural in a short, iconic tale that plays with fear and imagination.
