本政策受GDPR（欧盟2016/679）约束。法语版本为唯一具有法律约束力的版本。

浏览数据（技术数据、IP地址、Cookie），账户数据（电子邮件、姓名、偏好设置），订单数据（联系方式、账单信息、印刷图书的邮寄地址、电子书的数字水印），通过Resend发送的交易电子邮件，新闻通讯（需同意），Trustpilot评论（需同意或基于合法利益）。

严格必要的Cookie（无需同意）。仅在获得同意后：Google Analytics GA4、Microsoft Clarity（分析）；Meta Pixel、TikTok Pixel与Microsoft Advertising UET（需营销同意）。可随时通过Cookie管理器更改偏好。 Google Ads（转化跟踪）也在获得营销同意后使用。在Google同意模式（Consent Mode）下，如果拒绝这些Cookie，Google代码（Analytics与Ads）不会设置任何Cookie或标识符，但可能向Google发送匿名、聚合且无Cookie的信号，用于对衡量和转化进行统计建模；未经您的同意，不会传输任何可识别您身份的数据。 在获得营销同意的情况下，您的电子邮件地址还会以哈希（不可逆）形式发送给Google，以便更好地将购买与广告点击相匹配（增强型转化）；此为可选，可随时撤回，且绝非购买的条件。

(ad conversion tracking and enhanced conversions via hashed email, with marketing consent), Trustpilot (customer reviews).

不向第三方出售任何个人数据用于商业目的。

部分服务提供商（Vercel、Stripe、Google、Microsoft、Trustpilot、Lulu Press、Resend）在欧盟以外处理数据。相关传输受欧盟委员会批准的标准合同条款约束。

浏览数据/Cookie：会话期或最长13个月。账户：直至删除+法定义务。订单和账单：10年。新闻通讯：直至退订或3年不活跃。安全日志：1年。
